Dan Feinberg serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel of PMC. He joined PMC in April 2020 and provides business and legal affairs support with respect to all aspects of PMC’s business, including M&A, film, television and podcast development, production and distribution, and labor and employment. Prior to joining PMC, Feinberg served as a senior corporate counsel at Legendary Entertainment, an independent film and television production company based in Burbank, CA. While at Legendary, Dan played a major role in a number of significant transactions for the company, including Legendary’s $3.5 billion sale to the Dalian Wanda Group in March 2016, a $1 billion credit facility with JP Morgan and a syndicate of other lenders in June 2018, and several production, financing and distribution arrangements for high-profile film, television and digital projects. Prior to Legendary, Dan was a corporate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP. Dan's practice at Latham focused on mergers and acquisitions, finance, intellectual property, and general corporate matters across a variety of industries. Dan lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three daughters. Dan has a B.A. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
